We met Kahea late into the evening through Zillow when we wanted to do a virtual tour. She was super nice and helpful and gave us time, late at night - that felt great. We started off finding a few homes we thought we’d get into and then fix up. We ended up in a home that we don’t need to do anything to. While it was a little bit more than we’d pay for the fixer upper, it was move in ready and now we don’t need to go through the construction phase and we stick to our overall budget. Kahea always picks up the phone, listens deeply to what your looking for and gives suggestions and is happy if you dismiss them and move on. You can be yourself with her. Kahea has a lot of strategies, tools and techniques to work around price, prevent bidding wars, as well as getting you to a good mental spot where you aren’t over bidding for something that really isn’t worth it. “We’re still dating team”she would say “Let’s keep looking” “we can see more homes until you feel good” The lender she works with, Ross, is also the best lender we have worked with. The two of them together are a total dream team. We closed in 26 days as they worked tirelessly on all the different moving parts. The neighborhoods we went to that she didn’t know much about, she admitted it and also asked around her network to get more information. We are very thankful to Zillow for the opportunity to work with Kahea. You will not be disappointed working with her if you want an honest, hard working realtor who treats you like you are their only customer and they are completely on your side. We cannot recommend her enough.
